Buffalo Phil’s Pizza & Grille
Buffalo Phil's Brick City is a commissioned project that Paul designed and built for Buffalo Phil’s Pizza & Grille in the summer of 2019. The project involved creating the Brick City in sections in Paul’s studio. Paul took the official pictures before custom making wooden crates to transport the model safely to the client. The creation is now on permanent display at Buffalo Phil's Pizza & Grille restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
Paul’s concept centers around Buffalo Phil's log cabin restaurant located on top of a mountain. Over time word spread about the popularity of Buffalo Phil's. Soon many other businesses set up nearby and the entire area became a busting metropolis. Now there are many different restaurants, stores, and play zones, as well as two train track loops with stations. If you look closely, you may even find a few celebrities enjoying life in the Brick City!
It was important to design a model that fit in with the restaurants train delivered food and their log cabin ascetic as well as the surrounding area. Many of the details in the city play on the décor or the restaurant and the objects that the trains carry as they pass by customers tables. Paul specializes in using visual language to layer in as many elements as he can to tell stories in his work.

Paul was commissioned to build a Jaws themed model. He was given free reign to create the design. This is what he came up with. The customer said they loved it!

Prince
When Doves Cry Stage

Presenting Prince and the Revolution, When Doves Cry Stage. Paul was commissioned to create a LEGO tribute to Prince. The brief was to focus on the Revolution and to be sure to include Majesty and Divinity. Prince’s two beloved doves. As a lifelong fan of Prince’s work this was a dream to create. He took inspiration from the When Doves Cry video as well as some cues from the 1999 and Purple Rain stage configurations. The stage includes Prince’s signature purple piano, firepole, and bathtub.
The minifigure band members; Wendy and Lisa, Doctor Fink, BobbyZ and Brownmark, were created by carefully choosing minifig parts from existing LEGO characters. The Prince figure is a custom made by Citizen Brick and features Crazy Arms made by Crazy Bricks.
Paul’s client was thrilled with the result and it is with pride that Paul shares with you Prince and the Revolution, When Doves Cry Stage.
Linac Head Machine
Paul was commissioned to create a Linac Head Machine for a University Professor. The brief was to create the inner workings of a Linac Head Machine. Tune in to the video see the details.
SS Master
This commission is a replica of the SS Master Steam Tugboat. This boat resides in Steveston, BC.

This commission was a request for a replica of a lacrosse stick.

Doctor Who
Console Room
A Doctor Who fan commissioned Paul to recreate the Twelfth Doctor’s Console Room. This was originally part of Paul’s Doctor Who Tribute creation. Almost any section of Paul’s creations can be recreated as a commission. Just ask!
The Nautilus
Paul was commissioned to recreate the Nautilus and his client has graciously agreed to make the design available as a set. This set is an amazing recreation of Disney’s original 1954 movie version of the iconic Nautilus. Many of the features of the Nautilus are captured using detailed building techniques and a wide variety of elements. The set includes a steampunk themed display stand plus a custom printed sticker. This miniature set captures the iconic shape of the Nautilus by using a wide variety of sloped elements and includes many realistic details. There are three hatches, as well as a removable lifeboat and a movable propeller.
London Bus
Paul was commissioned to recreate a vintage 1910 London Bus model for a collector of buses. This model features some vintage LEGO parts including the driver and conductor.
Kenworth Logging Truck
The Kenworth Logging Truck was created for a trade show to bring traffic to a logging company’s booth. Showing a LEGO display model of your product is a great conversation starter!
Recreation of Casey, The PNE Playland Mascot
The PNE commissioned Paul to build a LEGO model of their Mascot, Casey to display in their offices. Paul built the model onsite at the PNE while interacting with guests. It was during one of the night time parades that this picture of Casey and Paul was taken.
NEW BALANCE ATHLETIC SHOE
Paul was commissioned by NEW BALANCE to recreate one of their famous athletic shoe designs. The model was displayed during NEW BALANCE’S Vancouver Corporate Event. The model is now in the collection of a NEW BALANCE executive.
