Sky Bungalow

Sky Bungalow is a West Coast Modern home located in beautiful North Vancouver, Canada.

Sky Bungalow was featured in Paul Hetherington’s Bricktacular West Coast Modern Show, which took place at the West Vancouver Memorial Library from May 5th - July 31. 2023 and at the Harmony Arts Festival in West Vancouver, Canada from August 4 - August 13. 2023

Sky Bungalow was built in 1949 by Fred Hollingsworth as a show home. It was originally located in the Bay parking lot in downtown Vancouver on Seymour Street. Sky Bungalow was used as a show home to promote the Capilano Highlands subdivision, showing people what a subdivision in Vancouver could look like. It was relocated to North Vancouver after the show and is a fully functioning home in North Vancouver.

This LEGO model is minifigure scale and is an accurate representation of what the home would have looked like in 1949. The dimensions of this model are approximately 20.5 inches x 15 inches x 10 inches.
